We follow ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) Standards for Phase I environmental site assessments (E 1527-13) and transaction screens (E 1528-14) along with industry standards for due diligence.

We maintain all accreditations and licenses to make sure that due diligence reports are completed to client needs. These include: CEM (Certified Environmental Manager), PG (Professional Geologist) and HAZWOPER (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response).
